FireKing 4-2131-CPABX - 31" Deep Four Compartment Vertical Boxer Fireproof Storage Cabinet
These highly secure files carry the Underwriter's Laboratories 1-hour fire rating with impact (international versions carry ECB-S rating). A UL-listed high-security Medeco® key lock is standard on each drawer for individual control. Parchment color is standard. These files are idea for long term storage of secure documents. Each drawer accommodates two special letter/legal boxes which are sold seperately.
When combined with Fireking brand Dryfiles documents become impervious to mildew, flooding and humidity.
Specifications:
- Cabinet can accomodate eight letter/legal storage boxes (boxes sold seperately).
- Storage cabinets can be stacked up to two at a time.
- No special drill points required.
- Fireproof Insulation - 100% gypsum, reinforced by a 1” by 2” lattice made of 14-gauge galvanized welded steel wire, providing complete peace of mind from fire, impact, or explosion.
- Field Replaceable Steel Panels - Easily be replaced in the event that any panel is damaged.
- Finish - Environmentally-friendly electrostatic powder coating applied to all sides, including bottom. The finish is scratch resistant, providing a lifetime quality appearance. Standard color is parchment.
- Drawer Locks - UL listed Medeco high security key locks on each drawer
- Drawer Pulls - Surface mounted to allow for extra insulation inside the drawer heads.
- Insulation Between All Drawers - Makes each drawer a separate insulated container.
- Water Resistance - Files are designed to prevent water damage resulting from sprinklers and fire hoses.
- Two Position Drawer Catch - Allows access to certain drawers while others remain locked.
- Drawer Heads - Formed of welded steel and filled with fireproof insulation, and are field replaceable.
- Underwriters Laboratories® (UL®) Fire and Impact Rating - These models carry the 1-Hour Class 350 Fire with Impact UL label. Tests include 1 hour exterior fire exposure at 1700°F, a 2000°F explosion test, and a 30 foot drop to test impact integrity.
Lock Options:
1. UL-listed high-security Medeco® Key Lock - All locks are not created equal. Medeco® cylinders provide a high degree of security by incorporating special design features inside each cylinder. Medeco cylinders offer superior pick resistance, are virtually bump proof, offer excellent resistance against drilling and other forced attacks, large number of combinations and a utility patent to protect against unauthorized key duplication.

Fireking Shipping Options (FBO):
Free - Tailgate Delivery: Items ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s) with their pallet jack or if a dock is not present a forklift is sufficient. The customer will be responsible for the item once it is off the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck additional delivery fees may be charged.
Lift Gate | Curbside Service: This service should be selected for those locations that do not have a dock or forklift. The item will be lowered to the curbside and the customer will be responsible for moving the item from there.
Inside Lobby Delivery (Commercial): Delivery inside to first exterior commercial doorway. Includes up to four exterior steps. No un-cartoning or removal of debris.
Inside Lobby Delivery (Residential): Delivery inside to first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four exterior steps. No un-cartoning or removal of debris.
White Glove - Inside Delivery (Commercial): Includes delivery, placement in customer's desired commercial location, un-cartoning & removal of debris. Includes up to 4 steps and elevator.
White Glove - Inside Delivery (Residential): Includes delivery, placement in customer's desired location, un-cartoning & removal of debris. Includes up to 4 steps and elevator.
