Fireking Shipping Options (FBO):
Free - Tailgate Delivery: Items ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s) with their pallet jack or if a dock is not present a forklift is sufficient. The customer will be responsible for the item once it is off the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck additional delivery fees may be charged.
Lift Gate | Curbside Service: This service should be selected for those locations that do not have a dock or forklift. The item will be lowered to the curbside and the customer will be responsible for moving the item from there.
Inside Lobby Delivery (Commercial): Delivery inside to first exterior commercial doorway. Includes up to four exterior steps. No un-cartoning or removal of debris.
Inside Lobby Delivery (Residential): Delivery inside to first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four exterior steps. No un-cartoning or removal of debris.
White Glove - Inside Delivery (Commercial): Includes delivery, placement in customer's desired commercial location, un-cartoning & removal of debris. Includes up to 4 steps and elevator.
White Glove - Inside Delivery (Residential): Includes delivery, placement in customer's desired location, un-cartoning & removal of debris. Includes up to 4 steps and elevator.
